Pipeline hardware

Pipeline Hardware & Products
Fiberflux offers a complete portfolio of pipeline fittings, fiber optic cables, and installation systems for in-pipe fiber deployment across diverse pipeline environments.

Pipeline Fittings & Fiber Cable
Compatible with all pipeline materials and diameters up to DN1500, and suitable for pressure ratings up to PN16. Installations can span up to 6 km under controlled flow conditions (typically 0.5 m/s).

Designed for:

Pressurized and non-pressurized installations via DN150 access points
Non-pressurized installations via DN100 access points

Fiber Cable
Our proprietary fiber optic cable combines high flexibility with mechanical strength, enabling safe deployment over long distances in complex conditions. Fully compliant with drinking water standards.

Cables for oil, district heating, and district cooling are in development or available as custom solutions.

All materials are drinking water approved and will comply with the European Drinking Water Directive by January 2027.

Fiberflux also provides complete systems for insertion, extraction, and cable conveying within pipelines.

ABOUT DALI

Advanced monitoring for real-time leak and intrusion detection in pipelines

Detect leaks and intrusions in pipelines carrying drinking water or other liquids using Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) and fiber optic technology. With advanced 24/7 monitoring, DALI helps utility companies and industrial facilities reduce Non-Revenue Water (NRW) losses, minimize waste, and prevent costly incidents. The system provides real-time alerts with 5-meter accuracy over long distances and is compatible with pipelines of any size or material, including plastic.
